5. Donations and payments

Financial support is processed by third-party payment providers. Platform fees, processor fees, refund handling, and payout timing may vary. ChristHelper does not guarantee any specific fundraising result.

6. Communication emails

By creating an account or using key platform features, you agree to receive transactional emails related to account verification, password resets, donations, project activity, and important service notices.

7. Privacy and visibility

Some request information may be visible publicly. Please avoid posting confidential or sensitive information that you do not want shared with helpers, donors, or administrators.
